Spiritual Direction

Spiritual direction is for those who desire to deepen or explore their relationship with God. You may notice this desire in a growing hunger for more time with God. You may notice that the ways in which you viewed God in the past seem to be changing. You may notice that you have more doubts or questions about God and feel there is no safe space to explore them.

In spiritual direction I offer space for you to pause from your busy life as we slow down to notice what God may be up to in your day to day lived experiences. As you share whatever you bring, I’ll listen without judgment and together we’ll listen for and with the Holy Spirit, becoming increasingly more aware of the Holy Spirit’s movements in your life, heart, and mind.
